For orders of £800 and above, you will receive one carton free of charge. Shipping costs will not be applied at checkout. However, if your order exceeds one carton, we will issue an invoice for any additional payment required.

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW,

PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Customers are given a choice of these zones when selecting their shipping at checkout, please select the ones that apply to you. 

Customers from Zone 2 and 3, are not eligible for free delivery and therefore, should they select the free delivery (orders over £800) or select the incorrect Zones, we will have to contact them and resolve the matter. However, this can delay your order.

We can assist with your shipping, however, the cost is based on the weight and size of the carton.

Once created,

  1. Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to the checkout page
  3. Reach the payment page 
  4. Stop and please exit the order.

This is will create an abandoned order and we will be able to see your items. Just leaving your items in the shopping cart will not be enough, this is will not trigger the abandoned order.

From there we will check the availability of the items and create an invoice for you. 

Please also note that there is a fair amount of paperwork that goes into this, which makes the process little longer.

1. Purchasing from our Website

2. Return of faulty goods

2.1 If you believe the goods are faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, you should return the item along with the invoice and a note with your original order number and explaining what the problem is.

2.1.1 When we receive them we will investigate the fault and then contact you. We have a very strict system where items are photographed and catalogued as they are received from our warehouse.

2.2 We reserve the right to produce this evidence in the event of any dispute as to the cause of the fault. We accept no liability for faulty items after it has been worn or used by you. Please see contact us for details.

3. Cancellation

3.1 If you decide for whatever reason to cancel the order, you must notify us before the order has left the warehouse.

3.1.1 If the parcel leaves the warehouse you will be liable for the delivery costs we incur and will also be liable to ship the goods back to us for a refund for goods only. I.E. The customer is responsible for any transport or postage costs and safe return of any goods. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

3.2 We hold the right to cancel the order if:

3.2.1 You fail to pay us the money when it is due.

3.2.2 You fail to comply with any of our clauses in our ‘terms and conditions’.

4. Special conditions

4.1 Please note that we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to send your items back to us as we will not be held responsible for any items that are lost in the post.

5. Data Protection

5.1 Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you. (Which may involve passing them on to relevant third parties such as delivery firms).

5.2 We will ask for your permission if we wish to use your details for any other reason.

6. Price

6.1 The price shall be the price quoted on the website (which is inclusive of VAT) except any delivery outside of the UK will incur an extra cost and you will be notified by e-mail of such charges.

6.2 If your order has been placed using our currency selector, please note you will be charged in UK Sterling.

6.3 UK sterling and the amount may vary from the amount displayed in your local currency.

6.4 The debit will be applied at the point at which your order is placed. Payments can be made by credit card/Debit Card via our website using Paypal. When you press 'Submit Your Order' we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. You will then receive an email within a few minutes confirming your order. If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an email within a few minutes advising you of this (please note some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time).

7. Delivery

7.1 We will deliver to the address given to us by you at the time you place your order and aim to deliver within 1 to 7 working days depending on the postage option chosen.

7.2 If for some reason we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted via e-mail as soon as possible.

7.2.1 At which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or a complete refund.

7.3 We will not be under any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our control.

7.4 We strongly suggest that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods and advise us if the goods are incorrect or in nonworking order.

10.2.2 If there is any evidence that the item has been worn or it is not in a re-saleable condition due to any reason then we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
